Packaging may vary from that shown on the website.

The weight, product description, best before will appear on the item, where applicable.

All items are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if the product(s) or service(s) you have ordered are not available and we may offer alternative product(s) or service(s) of equal or higher quality and value.

CANCELLING OR CHANGING YOUR ORDER

If you wish to cancel your order, providing it has not already been dispatched, we will simply refund your money. Items cannot be bought for re-packaging or resale. 

HANDLING COMPLAINTS

We will in every case acknowledge any complaint within 5 working days.

We will in every case keep the consumer informed throughout the complaint process.
